The Seaford Bay Exercise Path

The Seaford Bay Exercise Path covers a distance of five miles taking walkers, joggers and cyclists on a round trip from Splash Point, along the {Promenade next to Seaford’s award winning beach, through the historic remains of Tidemills turning north to the Tidemills car park and then returning under the Bishopstone Railway Bridge.  Copies of the map can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office 37 Church Street, Seaford Railway Station, the Martello Museum (when open) Frankies Seaside Kiosk, the Sailing Club and from both of Seaford Doctor's surgeries. The Outdoor Gym

The Outdoor Gym developed by the Seaford Youth Forum with support from the Town Council, Seaford Rotary Club, the Partnership, Lewes District Community Safety Partnership, Keith Baker Chartitable Trust and the Newhaven Peacehaven & Seaford Lions Club.

The path, created by the Partnership in 2002, was lottery funded with help from the Town Council, Seaford Striders Age Concern East Sussex, and Seaford Senior Citizens Forum.
